What format is everything in?
Every product is a downloadable PDF or a pre-recorded video. Some video products also include a short PDF reference sheet.
Are there any live sessions?
No. Everything is self-paced and pre-recorded, with no live sessions, coaching, calls, workshops, consulting or community.
How long do I have access?
Your access does not expire. Save the files locally and use the email recovery page whenever you need the links again.
Can my whole team use one purchase?
A standard product or bundle is licensed to one person. Choose a team licence for up to 3, 5, 10 or 25 named people at one organisation.
Do you update the material?
We review the material each year. If a product you bought is updated, we send the new version to your purchase email at no extra cost.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for files delivered immediately. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply, including remedies for a major failure.
